Interested in becoming an FBI special agent or assessing your physical fitness levels? The FBI Physical Fitness Test app offers the opportunity to evaluate your capabilities by engaging in exercises such as push-ups, running, and sit-ups, mirroring those undertaken by special agents. 
The FBI’s Physical Fitness Test app grants users an in-depth perspective on executing every facet of the test, encompassing sit-ups, push-ups, a 300-meter sprint, a 1.5-mile run, and pull-ups (reserved solely for aspirants in the Tactical Recruiting Program, catering to individuals with tactical proficiency for the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team).

<li>Video tutorials displaying exercise techniques, presented by FBI fitness instructors</li>

<li>Two modes available - Practice Mode (allowing users to attempt exercises at their own pace multiple times) and Testing Mode (sequentially performing exercises according to the official Physical Fitness Test order, with designated rest intervals)</li>
<li>Utilizes your phone’s GPS and accelerometer for a more immersive experience</li>

The app serves as an authoritative source of information on the administration and scoring of the new agent fitness test; notwithstanding, achieved scores are not applicable for the official Physical Fitness Test required for special agent candidacy.
