The FBI’s Physical Fitness Test app grants users an in-depth perspective on executing every facet of the test, encompassing sit-ups, push-ups, a 300-meter sprint, a 1.5-mile run, and pull-ups (reserved solely for aspirants in the Tactical Recruiting Program, catering to individuals with tactical proficiency for the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team).
